The EUROPE HOUSE is a place of gathering, dialogue and good ideas, which is open to citizens, institutions, media and NGOs who deal in EU-funded projects and/or promotion of EU values.

If you find yourself in any of these groups, you can organize various types of events in our premises, such as: press conferences, lectures, debates, round tables, exibitions and more, on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
You will need to fill out the application bellow, no later than two weeks before the event.

    TECHNICAL REQUIERMENTS


    Conference room:

    MAIN HALL - ground floor: - theatre seating (max 40 people); two lecterns; central press table (up to 8 speakers) - round table seating (max 28 people); additional microphones to be provided by organisers

    HUB - basement: -theatre seating (max 30 people); Central press table (4 speakers);


    TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT


    NOTE: Please note that organiser needs to hire technical staff for audio support.




    Special remarks


    *In accordance with the Europe House rules and goals, EU-funded visibility events that will receive
    media coverage will have priority booking.

    **The event organiser is responsible for hiring a technical support staff and any additional
    equipment.

    **The application for booking an event must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
