How to bring your green ideas to life?
How to develop a green business plan?
What are the elements of a business plan?
Are green investments sustainable?
April has arrived and we entered spring with a green idea and the desire to learn how to achieve it.
Alongside lecturer Luka Đukanović during the ČEK workshop: Elements of a Green Business Plan, participants gained deeper insights into the key elements of a business plan, with a focus on green initiatives and sustainability.
As Đukanović pointed out, it is extremely important to turn towards environmental protection.
“Although the financial sustainability of green investments is one of the greatest challenges, climate change has shown us that we must increasingly invest in environmental protection for ourselves and for our descendants,” Đukanović explained.
Đukanović emphasised that it is very important that the state helps and subsidises green forms of investment, as the EU does, because many companies cannot invest in the Green Agenda without endangering their own businesses.
Through examples of best practices, participants learned how to develop a green business plan that ensures long-term success with minimal negative impact on the environment.
At the end of the workshop, they wrote and presented their own business plan for their green idea.
This is the second workshop in the series of ČEK workshops: From Green Ideas to Green Businesses organised by Europe House in cooperation with the NGO Green Wave.
Later this month, Europe House will organise two more ČEK workshops. These workshops will be focusing on the topic of green marketing, financing, and funding sources for green businesses.
