One-stop shop service for social inclusion and youth employability

A one-stop shop represents an innovative employability model, as it combines different training programmes for acquiring a set of skills that will facilitate the transition of youth from school to work.

This project is aimed at fostering employability and social inclusion of vulnerable young people in the cross-border region of Sandžak by increasing their employment competencies and helping them to network with small and medium-sized enterprises. This will be achieved through an innovative pilot programme featuring a one-stop-shop service, which is designed to help young people find employment.

This project is expected to help develop services that meet local employment needs of the youth from this region, which the local authorities in Sandžak have recognised as a  good practice model. The project will support 50 young people from vulnerable groups in the Sandžak area to acquire transferable skills in the field of information and communication technologies (IT) and entrepreneurship. Also, this project will support the development of up to 20 IT business ideas, 6 of which will be selected for further development.
