The Slovak Republic donated 10,000 coronavirus vaccines to Montenegro. The Minister of Health, Jelena Borovinić Bojović, thanked the Chargé d’Affaires of Slovakia in Montenegro, Martin Balac, for the valuable donation which, as she said, will greatly contribute to the process of immunization in our country.
“At a time when the vaccine, with respect for epidemic measures, is the most effective protection against the COVID-19 virus, this type of help is of great importance,” said Borovinić Bojović.
She stated that Montenegro has a sufficient number of vaccines from different manufacturers and added that all vaccines are reliable, safe and effective.
Mass vaccination against COVID-19 in Montenegro began on May 4, and so far more than 200,000 citizens have been vaccinated.
