The Water Administration of Montenegro has announced a photo contest titled “The Most Beautiful Waters of Montenegro: Pure Water, Pure Art.” The photo contest is conducted in collaboration with Europe House, and with the support of the EU4ME project – “Support to the Government of Montenegro in communicating EU accession and EU assistance in Montenegro.”
All photo enthusiasts, nature lovers, and ecologists are invited to join this exciting competition and show their creativity in promoting the most beautiful waters – rivers and lakes of Montenegro. The deadline for submissions began on December 4th and lasts until December 21st.
The task is to portray the beauty and significance of Montenegro’s waters through the lens. The photos should emphasise the natural beauty, purity, and ecological importance of waters – rivers and lakes.
When submitting photos, each author should provide full name, contact phone, the location where the photo was taken, the name of the river/lake in the photo, and a brief description or specifications of the photo. Each photographer is allowed to submit up to 5 photos.
A professional jury will select the top 40 photos. The Water Administration has provided prizes of €500, €1,000, and €1,500 for the first three ranked. All selected photos will be featured in a special exhibition dedicated to this contest.
